Description
So this was a quick practice with a white charcoal pencil on some black 9"x12" Mi-Teintes Pastel Paper. It's of the pretty Avril Lavigne. It is not my best work, but just a quick practice.
It was interesting to try to draw exactly the opposite of what I am use to drawing, kinda fun. I started it and finished it last night in just a few hours. After I sprayed it with workable fixative, the which charcoal faded significantly. Does anyone know how to stop it from doing that? Oh and one more question, what is white charcoal? Is it actually charcoal, or is it some kind of pastel? Just wondering
